Description: WWI Wilkinson Pattern 1907 Rifle Bayonet with Scabbard. Bayonet measures 21.75" overall with a 17" blade. Blade in very good condition showing some light age patina, wear, with fine sharpening. The bayonet has a great working press-stud. Scabbard shows some age patina and surface wear on the leather. This is made by SANDERSON and has a date of DECEMBER 1915. The bayonet pommel end, right side shows Reg numbers, "2E/703". Scabbard leather shows the British forward arrow along with lettering markings also and a cartouche on the locket. See photos.
