Description: WW2 1945 dated shovel/entrenching tool manufactured by Ames with a Korean War era 1952 dated carrier. Shovel is in good condition with no splits to the wood handle. Head is good with signs of use and could be cleaned up a little should the next owner choose so. Carrier is in good condition but the button has lost its tip at some point and has been repaired (works well and could be painted over to help conceal). Can’t quite make out the stamp but date of 1952 is clear. A nice set!
