Biddle of the Adjutant General's Office - Measures 8" x 10 1/2".Both items have been folded. The Regio Esercito Italiano Certificase has heavy tearing along the bottom edge. There is additional creasing, tearing, turned corners, and discoloration. There are tiny holes in the top left corner area where staples were removed.
