Our in office hours are Monday - Friday, 11 am - 8 pm. We are not open on weekends, so if you send us a request on Friday evening we won't get back to you until Monday afternoon. Please don't take it as us ignoring you! We will work on your request Monday and get back to you as soon as we can. Also, if you order from us on a Friday evening or Saturday morning we won't start processing your order until we open on Monday. That means on Monday it will be pulled and prepped for shipping, then picked up by the postman on Tuesday morning. When will you ship my item? The tracking hasn't moved. We realize you're eager to get your item, so if the tracking hasn't moved in a few days please don't be concerned. We give the postman a lot of packages daily, sometimes as many as 100, so he does not scan each item for us upon pickup as he says it would be too time consuming for him to do so. If you get a tracking number from us, that almost always means your item was picked up by the postman the next business day. The USPS is also imperfect. There are times when the tracking won't even show movement until it's in your area's regional distribution center. This is normal in our experience. Is the item pictured the exact one for sale? Yes! We don't use stock images and go through great lengths to scan or photograph everything we list. The item pictured is exactly what you should receive UNLESS it is a fixed price listing with multiple items available. Can you issue a COA? We can, upon request. Please make sure you leave us a note while checking out and shoot us a message immediately after requesting one, just to be sure. How do you grade? Grading is very subjective, but we are professionals with decades of grading experience between us who try the best we can to accurately describe the condition of the items we list. Anthony is an Overstreet Comic Book Price Guide Advisor Please see the grading chart below for a breakdown of how we grade: NOTE: We don't grade any raw books higher than 9.2, as once you go higher than that grading gets really subjective. If you buy a NM book from us, it may very well be higher than 9.2 but we play it safe and grade conservatively. 9.2 NM Near Mint 9.0 VF/NM Very Fine/Near Mint 8.5 VF+ Very Fine+ 8.0 VF Very Fine 7.5 VF- Very Fine- 7.0 FN/VF Fine/Very Fine 6.5 FN+ Fine+ 6.0 FN Fine 5.5 FN- Fine- 5.0 VG/FN Very Good/Fine 4.5 VG+ Very Good+ 4.0 VG Very Good 3.5 VG- Very Good- 3.0 GD/VG Good/Very Good 2.5 GD+ Good+ 2.0 GD Good 1.8 GD- Good- 1.5 FR/GD Fair/Good 1.0 FR Fair 0.5 PR Poor How do you ship comics? We ship in rigid cardboard mailers to protect your comic book from the worst the mail system has to offer. Price varies based on the number of books you purchase, but we try to keep costs as low as we can and charge exact shipping. If it looks unusually high to you please send us a message and we'll be happy to double check for you. Do you combine shipping? Yes, of like items. Such as: several comics can fit in one cardboard mailer, as can more than one record. Multiple art pages can easily be combined because they are light and thin. Where combined shipping differs is with size and weight. For instance, two statues require a much bigger box. Same goes for CGCs, as the package gets bigger and heavier as you go. Do you ship well? I've had some bad experiences... You needn't worry; we are professionals who value your business and want your item to arrive safely as much as you do. I have been collecting for over 30 years. I send out items the way I would like to receive them. The tracking says my item is "OUT FOR DELIVERY" in New Jersey. Why is that? If the tracking indicates that the item is "OUT FOR DELIVERY" in NJ don't worry, it's just what the tracking says when it's carried over from the postman to the sorting center. This is normal for our Post Office and will not impact you receiving your item in a timely matter. What is the difference between a RUN and a LOT? Good question. A RUN will be a collection of consecutive issues with no breaks in between them. If it says RUN of #s 1 - 50 you will receive 50 consecutive comics. A LOT will be within a certain range, so a 50pc LOT will not contain consecutive books. I changed my mind after successfully winning the auction or fixed price listing, will you cancel the transaction? Please only bid or hit BUY IT NOW if you are willing to follow through and pay for the item, we will not cancel the transaction. As a seller, eBay penalizes us every time we cancel an order, so it is detrimental to our business to do so. Therefore if you will not pay, then you'll have to let eBay cycle this to an "unpaid item" and accept whatever action eBay deems necessary. 120,000+ items in total in my eBay store! AS SEEN ON TV : I have been buying and selling artwork and comics for about 20 years. If you are new to buying art or comics feel free to ask any questions that you may have. 120,000+ items in total in my eBay store!
