Mr. Blue an educated career-man had attended Old-Miss Universities and the University of Mississippi during the mid 1950's and had majored in industrial factory management; a major career decision prominent during the post WWII economic boom within the United States. Mr. Blue had originally grown up in Mississippi and later moved to the Charlotte and Mathews North Carolina area.
