W.H. Morley&Sons Clover Brand Straight Razor Matching Box Crack Repaired Scale

Description: This is a W. H. Morley & Sons Clover Brand Straight Razor with a Matching Straight Razor Box. The razor has a crack at the front scale on the opposite end from the pivot pin (see photos). It has been repaired in the past with a glue or possibly an epoxy and is very secure but obvious to look at (see photos). Features: 1. The razor is 5-3/8" scales length; 3/16" thick at the top rail; 5/8" wide including top rail. 2. The shank front says, "W. H. Morley & Sons Clover Brand Germany" with the clover logo (see photos). 3. The blade has some dark areas but no active rust; has no nicks might need a little honing. 4. The scales are a dark composite material maybe Celluloid (see photos). The scales have one repaired crack and no chips. The handle is completely useable despite the repaired crack. 5. The box with the razor is the original and has the correct name; it is not blown out at either end like most older razor boxes (see photos #7; #8; #9). Note: The razor is pre-owned and used but not abused, but we don't assign a level of condition.
