It measures approximately 8" X 10.75" X 0.5" and weighs about 1 lb / 2 oz. Both front and rear covers, as well as endpages, are very clean with no stains.Very slight scuffing of the top and bottom of the spine, and cover corners. The inner pages are all crisp, clean, and unstained with only slight age yellowing. Please closely examine all included photos as this is the item you will receive. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ "Welcome to POW Camp" is a rare, out of print volume, and an amazing recollection of the humor and spirit that were maintained by the "Kriegies" of Stalag Luft 1, a German POW camp for Allied Air Force officers during WWII. ("Krieg" is the German word for war, and a Prisioner of War was know as a "Kriegie".) The cartoons in this book were done by Flight Sgt. Budgen of the RAF, a prisoner of war for three years, and Squadron Leader B.
