Description: This listing is for a 5th Edition Space Marine Vanguard Veterans Squad for use with Games Workshop's Warhammer 40,000, the world's greatest tabletop wargame. You might still be able to find these ladz on a shelf somewhere, as there are Vanguard Veteran squads in the 10th Edition Space Marines Codex. Citadel Miniatures have not produced a new kit to replace them, though, and they are no longer available from GW's web store. Without bespoke thunder hammers, relic blades, and storm shields (everything counts as "Vanguard Veteran Weapons" now), they're not as burly in-game as they were in previous editions, but this is nonetheless a dead sexy kit (one of the models is even wearing Mk IV Imperial Maximus Armour!) with a truckload of visual appeal. In addition to the models themselves, this kit includes the old "generic" Space Marine waterslide transfers sheet suitable for decorating five models.
