Description: Young Smoothie by the Strouse Adler Company, c. 1960's-70's. Unworn, has original tags still attached. Made of polyester and the fabric has a somewhat "tacky" feel. Likely the stretchiness has diminished and the polyester material has degraded with time. Offered at a lower price due to feel of the material. Possibly time/heat has diminished the stretchiness of the shapewear. Crotch opens with metal hook and eye. Front and back garters inside legs. Leg hemmed with stretch lace. Very attractive vintage item but it appears the stretchy fabric has disintegrated over time and it is now more of a display or collector item than usable shapewear. Buyer to pay shipping.
