Description: VTG Peruvian Enamal-Copper WallPlate W/.925 Cat & Accents Graziella Laffi Style. This decorative wall plate is stylized like Graziella Laffi pieces. She immigrated to Peru in 1947 with her parents. Her father, Gino Laffi taught her the skill of silverworking, though her work differed from her fathers and was geared to the tourist market.This piece DOES NOT have her mark on it so I can not say it was made by her. The plate measures 5 7/8" across. It has a cat in the center and some geometric shapes around the edge of the plate. It is marked .925 (see photos). It has a beautiful teal/green enameled center and back and has a textured appearance (see photos). It has a hanger on the back to be displayed on a wall (see photos). Some of the finish is chipped off on the front of the plate, not sure if it was made that way or not (see photos). I will ship this item within 1 day of a received payment.
