VTG Lowenthal's Lexington, KY luxurious black sheared skin on skin fur coat

Description: This coat is gorgeous. Luxurious. Very black, extremely soft, dense, very shiny, kind of heavy. It is skin-on-skin, and they appear to be full pelts (you can kind of see in the photos). It doesn't have any guard hairs, sheared. The coat appears to be in very good condition, no holes (a repair see photos), no odors. There are some areas (mainly the bottom hem) that are a reddish color, as if the dye is wearing off, and small wear spots that you can see in one of the photos. The right elbow has some wear, also in photos. Collar can be worn up or down, puffy shoulders. One button, two outer pockets, one small inner pocket. There is an inner sash, underarm shields, the liner has elastic at the wrists. I want to make this very clear, I don't know anything about fur coats or what their value should be. I don't know what type of fur this is. I do know that it is exactly how I described it above. It's being sold as is so please let me know if you have any questions before bidding.I didn't see a size label so use the measurements for sizing rather than what it is listed as. Confirm with photos but these are the approximate measurements I see: pit to pit 22"shoulders 17"sleeve 24"neck to hem length 41" I give you my honest opinion on what I see but don't take my word for it, the photos are your best tool for description.
