When an attachment is on, it powers on and runs at the varying speeds. There are scuffs, scratches, color loss spots, and discoloration spots scattered throughout to all pieces. All pieces could use a thorough cleaning.. we wiped them down with a wet rag, but there's still some buildup on them from use and storage. Will come as pictured, so please view photos!
