Description: My great Aunt Lucy was an expert seamstress and made this beautiful dress for her daughter ( my Aunt Katherine ) , who passed away last year at 99 years old. We date this dress from the late 40's to mid 50's. The dress is shown with a crinoline slip underneath it. We consider it to be in good vintage pre worn condition, but it may have some fading, yellowing, loose threads, etc, as you would expect with clothing of this age. We do notice a dark mark near the waist seam, please see last picture. We did not wash or try to remove the mark. This adorable dress is done in cotton with side zipper. Gathered shoulders. Small waist, and super full skirt. V neckline in front and back. Please see all pictures, as they are also part of the description.
