Description: This listing is for a Vintage 1991 Grolier Wildlife Adventure Cards with Box and Guide and Kids Club Burger King Animal Cards.There are 98 Wildlife Adventure Cards and Kids Club Burger King Cards 1-11 and 13-15 with card 12 missing. There are also some wildlife stickers and Zoo Books stickers.There are also 3 random cards that were not part of the box, but just thrown in. All the cards and box are in very good condition with the exception of the stickers. Everything else looks like new and is from a smoke free and pet free home with one owner. The category of cards include: Amphibians, Arthropods, Birds, Fish, Mammals, Reptiles, Other Invertebates, and Themes. Each set of cards comes with colored coded dividers for each section.There are also alphabetical dividers.Other dividers include Endangered Animals, Extinct Animals, Arctic and Antarctic, Cities, Towns, and Farms, Deserts, Forests and Mountains, Grasslands and Savannas, Lakes, Rivers, and Their Shores, Rain Forests, and Oceans and Their Shores. "Each Wildlife Adventure Card tells you the name of the animal, where it lives; what it eats; what scientists call it; and how the animal is related to other creatures in the animal kingdom. The front of each card has three illustrations: a big color photograph of the animal in the wild, a map of exactly where in the world the animal is found and a symbol that shows in what type of environment the animal lives. When an animal is endangered or extinct, a special red symbol appears in the upper right corner. The front of each card is also color-coded to let you know the general group to which the naimal belongs.The back of the card contains official information about the animal, the name scientists use for it and how they classify the animal."
