Description: Vintage 11 piece set Hungarian smoke glass decanter with stopper and 5 matching wine & 4 matching cordial glasses. Heavy gold floral design with rim and handle accents. All pieces are a grey smoke color and all have a "Made in Hungary" label. My guess is the decanter will hold at least 750 ml or one basic bottle of wine or fifth of liqueur. The stopper has a tiny bit of a tilt when inserted. It appears to have been made that way as the spout is slightly offset, possibly to aid decanting or pouring. Set includes:Decanter & stopper - Approx 15 3/4" tall (w/stopper) x 6" at the widest point. Stopper-approx 4 1/2" x 2 1/2" at the widest point.4 cordial glasses - Approx 5 3/8" tall x 2 7/8" wide5 wine glasses - Approx 6 1/2" tall x 2 3/4" wideThe set is unused and in wonderful condition. All pieces have the "Made in Hungary" label. There are some oxidation areas within the gold patterns and trim from age & handling. One area of note on the decanter is a spot of approx 1/4" where the gold paint is missing. See last photo. Very hard to see and photograph due to reflection.
