Description: Vintage Woolworth Woolco 260 cosmetic puffs. Plastic bag states these are petal soft for tender skin & are 100% rayon. Bag looks great from the front with the giant colorful flower & the back looks pretty good too, but has an opening on the top (I don't know if any of the puffs are missing, if there are any it's just a few as the pack is pretty full). Judging from the colors (and no bar code) this package is from the late 1960s / early 1970s and is suitable for collecting, display or use as a set prop.
