Description: Vintage Victor Topper gumball machine that works well (have to use Penny .. it hasn’t been modified for free spin). This has an older restoration and believe the glass is likely not original (it’s too nice) and is also missing the sticker. There are a few small nicks in the paint (see pictures).. and some loss of paint on the inside base that you can’t see where the Pennies drop and the body connects to the base. Great piece of functional history that also makes great decor. Inside mechanism is marked VV63.
