Description: Vintage US Army M-1965 M65 Field Jacket Olive Drab (Large Regular) This is a vintage military surplus item. Please take the time to review all the photos as they show the exact item you will receive. The previous owner wrote their name on the label as well as inside the pocket flaps. I am unable to make out the date on the label, but this was was made by Alpha Industries and includes their full color logo tag inside. This jacket has minor wear and some fading but no major damage or flaws. Comes exactly as shown. LARGE REGULARCOAT, COLD WEATHER, MAN'S FIELD ALPHA INDUSTRIES The iconic M65 took the place of the M51 field Jacket. Its most notable differences included a built-in hood that could be folded into the collar and velcro on the sleeve cuffs and collar. Also, this Jacket has four generous pockets like the M43 and M51. It has internal buttons to allow the addition of liner and button-holes on the collar for a separate extreme-weather hood (not included).
