The hand crank, top fed, table mount meat grinder is complete with all 9 of its original components present, including the heavy metal body with attached clamp so that it can be affixed to a table or counter; the wood and metal handled crank; the cork screw shaped feeder/chopper for grinding or chopping the food; the stationary disc between the end of the feeder and the cutting blades; three different types of cutting blades for a range of cutting, grinding and pulverizing options (a 4 tooth cutter, a 10 tooth cutter and a 16 tooth cutter); and finally, two bolts for assembly. The meat grinders "Swing-A-Part" feature allows the hinged unit to be split and spread open for easy assembly, cleaning and maintenance. Also included is its original cardboard box and instruction manual. I believe that all of the metal parts are cast iron. This Universal food chopper was manufactured by Landers, Frary & Clark, of New Britain, Connecticut, I believe in the 1940's. The Meat Grinder works as intended, and is in great vintage condition, with no cracks, chips or gouges to the metal, nor any other damage that I can detect. The box, however, is in poor vintage condition, with significant wear and damage. The bottom section is being held together with duct tape applied to most of its edges. Similarly, the instruction manual has significant soiling throughout. Terms: All sales final. Paypal only. I will ship USPS mail.
