Description: Vintage T.Heaton Cooper Watercolor Painting Signed Framed Good condition but has some condition issues, there are some water stains in places and some scratches on the left side. There is some brown glue along the bottom edge where it was attached and some darkening mostly in the sky area where the paper slipped from the matting. The frame has wear and the matting has stains and damage and could use to be replaced but does a good job of protecting the painting. Framed size 20" x 16" image size in matting is 13" x 10" but the painting continues 1" to the left under the matting. FREE SHIPPING
