Description: Vintage early to mid 20th c. Sengbusch P.P. Inc wet Roller Wheel Moistener for Stamp, Envelope and other office needs. Approximately 3 1/4" wide x 4 1/4" deep x 3 /8" height overall. Roller approximately 2 7/8" diameter x 2 1/8" wide. Roller and base are made of white glazed porcelain. Original roller shaft has been replaced with a wooden dowel. Still rolls smoothly. Roller has a small old chink out of edge. As shown in photos. Quoted shipping to lower 48 USA states.
