Description: You are bidding on a Vintage Plumb single blade axe head in un-restored condition. This was a wonderful barn find that is ready for restoration. It measures 7" long and about 4 1/2" blade. It weighs approx. 3 lbs 5.5 oz on my postage scale. You can still see a very faint PLUMB stamp. There is some surface rust and it has been used a lot. There are some wear and ding marks on the rear edge from hammering. It is still very solid with no rot-rust or cracking. It would be great for restoration or custom form. Please look at all the photos before bidding and feel free to ask me any questions you may have. These are in used condition and have some scuffs and scratches but no major damage.
