Description: This is a beautiful piece of glass made by The Phoenix Glass Co. The Sculptured Artware line was produced from 1933 to 1958. The glass was hand blown into special molds, which had mold joints following the pattern in the glass to avoid obvious mold lines. These patterns had bold designs raised up very prominently from the background. Contrasting colors were applied either to the background or the relief and then fired or baked. This piece has star flowers all around the vase. Along with the flowers, there are 3 patterns of 3 lines around the vase (see photos). The glass color is milky white, and the contrasting color is a lavender color (see photos). There is no label or makers mark. This vase measures 6.75 inches tall and is about 6.75 inches wide. There are chips on the rim (see photos). There are minor scuffs on this piece. There is discoloration and color loss on some of the lavender parts (see photos). There are black spots in the crease of the flowers (see photos). I will ship this item within 1 day of a received payment. If purchased on the weekend, it will ship out on Monday.
