VINTAGE MILWAUKEE PARTS CORP HOBBYIST JEWELER CLAMP ON 2" BENCH VISE HEAVY BUILT

Description: Vintage bench / table top vise made by Milwaukee Parts Corp of Milwaukee, WI. This is a hobbyist/jeweler type clamp-on vise that has two cast screw holes if you want a more permanent mounting. There isn't much info on MPC; they made Fordson hoist-type dump trucks in the 1920's and air-cooled tank engines in the 1930's. This vise is heavy built and weighs over 4 pounds. The guide rods for the jaws are 7/16" diameter. The jaws are just over 2" wide and the throat opens to 1 3/4". The vise is in good working condition with no broken parts. Please check out the photos.
