Vintage Lot of 4 1940s Chenille, Band Varsity Letter V Patches, Unused

Description: This vintage lot of 4 chenille patches is a must-have for any collector of school/sports memorabilia. The patches feature a Varsity Letter V design, are band related and date back to the 1940s-1950s in the United States. The blue/gold and blue/gold/off white patches, are in their original, unused condition, making them a rare and valuable find for any fan or historian of vintage sports. These patches are perfect for adding a touch of nostalgia to any sports memorabilia collection or for displaying in a shadow box or frame.They range in size up to approx. 8.0".They are unused and the off-white V MAY have been used and removed-not sure. These were an estate find, from an old cedar chest and the large fancy V comes in the original wax-paper envelope. The other 3 were also in similar wax-paper envelopes but they were literally falling apart and not salvageable. They are all in great condition!
