Based on my measurements I believe someone between 4 and 5 feet can wear this. Even up to 5 1/2 feet. But legs below the knees would show. The mask is on my mannequin display in the pictures. Definitely for a smaller face or child 7 to 13? Just my guess. My smaller build 13 year old (5 feet tall) fits this perfectly. Just not his style! lol! Hope this info helps.
