Vintage Eagle Red Embossed Glass Oil Lamp Eagle Burner Tall Heavy 32oz Tank

Description: Vintage heavy large pedestal base with 12 paneled tank lamp. Cranberry red flash color that has scattered spots of color loss. Original Eagle claw burner and wick, Eagle marked with a dropped a. 11 1/2" tall without chimney, Embossed beautifully on the interior of the pedestal. The burner has original aged patina, and the turn knob is stiff. the original wick is as old and shows some fraying. 6" across the paneled base, 6 1/2" across the bottom rim, with a glass thickness of 1/4". Large size, the tank holds 32 ounces to below the rim. Review photos for details. No chips or cracks in the glass. With the right chimney the size would be quite impressive. About 3"-inch fitter straight across the way it is made you could go a slightly smaller or wider due to how the claw shade holder is made. The burner is original to the base and made for the base, screw bands are molded into the glass base rim opening which has some inner rim roughness. It weights 4 pounds. Although the flashing has some lose, is still quite beautiful. Never in real wash in hot water or in a dishwasher, unless you want to remove the flashing to redo it or see it clear. I was going to retouch the flashing but never got around to it. Review photos for complete details.
