Vintage Dekalb Chix advertising mechanical pencil with removable center to access the pencil as shown ~ marked Ritepoint on the metal clip on the outside of the pencil ~ floaty style chick at the top but no liquid in this top portion ~ twisting the end of the metal portion of the pencil extends the lead ~ there is a crack along the center of the pencil as shown in photos...but does not affect the productivity of the pencil in any way Pencil is well used but aside from the crack along the plastic center of the pencil there is no fading to the script or graphics/etc. to note Measures approximately 5 5/8.....not including the lead
