Measures approx. 9 1/2"D x 6"H, opening is approx. 9" diameter. No missing beads noted, some age wear. This is an old shade so frame/ shape is a little bent in places but nothing that takes away from this gorgeous shade. The metal parts have some wear, small dents and rust.
