Description: Vintage used Browning 40181 fixed blade knife. Blade is just over 4". Nice wood handle looks like maybe rosewood? Brass butt and finger guard. Factory Browning basketweave leather belt sheath with very strong snap. This looks like it was worn and used in the field. Edge appears decent and was probably sharpened by someone who knew what they were doing, didn't get the stone onto the polished sides much if at all. Polish on left side is really good, right has some abrasions maybe from the sheath. Wood is very good with minimal or no imperfections to my eyes. Brass butt has some imperfections which may polish out nicely. Please refer to images.
