It has stamps (see details) number, year of issue, and number of USSR standard and Russian word Guis which stands for Stem-Jack. The original USSR Navy flag is old and it might have some small signs of wearing, but it is in excellent shape for its age. It is very rare and great for collection. A stem-jack raised on a ship means that the ship belongs to the 1st or 2nd rank. The Stem-Jack rises on the Stem-Jack rod while the ship is on the anchor. Stem-Jack is also raised on the coastal fortresses.
