Description: This Vintage 70s US Army USGI ALICE Pack Frame LC-1 Pack Frame Kidney Pad is in fair condition overall and shows detectable signs of age, service and storage. The pad is DSA contract stamped and appears to have been produced in 1978. Staining from use can be detected however no rips, tears or holes can be found. The original metal hardware present shows evidence of age but is still serviceable. Sadly, the original adjustable tension nut has been lost. A "period replacement" canvas utility strap has been included and it allows the pad to be attached to a frame and function as intended. This kidney pad would make an ideal addition to any Ghostbusters GB1 Proton Pack as the original movie packs used surplus LC-1 pads just like this one.
