Description: This an awesome find and now it is really to find it's way into your hotel, I mean home or Halloween collection. If I didn't already have one this would not be listed. This is an original and NOT a reproduction or knock off piece. 1992 Spencer Gifts piece comes in original box as shown. Bates Motel sign can be hung up or is also free standing as shown. Cord has on/off switch and long cord to make it easy to put on or off. When lit the "NO" flashes on and off. This is a good size piece and measures 27" by 21" by 8 1/2". Front lifts off easily to replace the light bulb or you can also disable the blinking "NO" so it will read VACANCY or a steady NO VACANCY. There is one very small little crack on the upper left hand corner which I have shown in the photos. It is very hard to see but I did want to be sure to mention it. This sign is from the early 1990's and I believe 1992 to be exact. This sign if a great collector's piece and sure to bring loads of compliments, I know mine does. You won't be sorry if you decide to make this yours and I am sure Mother would be very happy if you decided to make it yours also.
