Lightweight and silky feel. Fabric covered buttons on waist panel and down back. Fabric has subtle geometric pattern that suggests movement of the polka dots. Really neat pattern. V neck wrap style bodice with soft pleating at bust above waist panel. Empire waistline with wide waist band fitted and accented with three buttons. Short sleeves with relaxed wear. Pleated front skirt with pleating on back sides with a flat section down the center Buttons in back from neckline to below bottom. Midi length with A line cut. Hidden pockets in seams. TAGS: Makers tag and another smaller tag that has been cut that just has "Paco" remaining. No size or fabric content tag remaining.
