It appears to be made of hand-painted porcelain, it is marked with a stamped crossed-swords logo and “5600” along with a black and gold paper sticker tag that reads, “HOMCO Made in Taiwan”, it measures about 3-1/4 inches tall and it is in very good, gently used condition.
