I am a PROFESSIONAL Restoration Contractor and I CAREFULLY removed it from a seldom used guest bath in a house built in 1955. I removed the wall around it (instead of prying it out of the surrounding tile) so it wasn't damaged during removal, and dissolved off the drywall and tile adhesive stuck to it in a mild cleaning solution so there's NO chips, scratches or damage of ANY kind. Due to differences in computer monitors, the color may appear differently on yours than what I see on my screen, so I took pix of it in natural daylight and under a Cool White (5K) LED Ring Light next to a Benjamin Moore Color Sample Deck. You can pick up the same sample swatch at a paint store if you need to match your existing tile. BLUE ANGEL appears the closest match under both light conditions.
