Description: Here is a nice looking vintage 1950 Ernest Borel cal 1187, 17 jewels, stainless steel case mens watch in running condition. The watch is running well and keeping time to about 1 minute per day with no adjustment but the movement is slightly loose in the case and may need to be tightened before use. The stainless steel case has some light scratch wear but also has some small minor areas of solder (from soldering) on one side and the back cover - these should be removed. The original dial shows some slight darkening and light wear but is still very clear. The crystal has some scratch wear but is also clear. The watch is 32mm in width including the crown and 37mm from lug to lug.
