Description: This elegant and sexy nightgown from the 1930s or 40s is sewn from a luxurious satiny material with beautiful lace insets and ribbon trim. Bias cut, with an empire waist. It can be work with the v-back in the front as well. Meticulous and unusual workmanship and in very good condition. This is not a thrift shop resale, there was only one owner (my beautiful mom, who lived to be 99!), and has been in a smoke-free home, stored in plastic wrap and dry-cleaned. Excellent juju! This could be worn as a wedding dress. No size/maker labels, but looks professionally made. Shown on model who is 5’6” and size 10. Bust: 36-38" Waist: 28" Hip: 44" (taken 10" down from waist) Length: 59" (top of shoulder to hem) In very good vintage condition. One or two light scuffs to the satin, very minor. Some stains on the interior near the hem, but not visible to the exterior, please see last photo for examples. Despite these flaws, the gown structurally strong, and is clean and wearable.
