Description: Vintage 0-S Plasticville 1624-100 House Under Construction w OB missing 1 shovel This is a vintage 0-S Gauge 1624 100 House Under Construction kit that is in the original box. The building sides are light gray and all other pieces are a light tan color. Included are the 2 ladders, wheelbarrow, 2 sawhorses, rake, hoe, sign, dirt pile, bucket, cement trough, stack of wood, 4 loose boards (1 angled) and 1 section of roofing. The shovel is missing.The building is in excellent condition and there are no glued or broken parts. The box is in good condition and it is solid and square although the lid is beginning to separate from the box side. There are no split corners, but there are some short tears along the folds. Some of the colored litho on the sides of the box are scraped off. The original wrapping paper is included along with a 4 page approx. 5 1/2" x 4 1/4" booklet. The house measures about 5" x 4" x 3 1/2" tall. The box measures about 7 1/2" x 5 1/2" x 1".I have placed a ruler in some pictures for size reference.Store inventory number 11509.
