Description: Vietnam Era US Army 3rd Pat. Poplin OG-107 Tropical Combat Coat or Shirt - Size: Medium/Regular - Early 1960's Contract Number - Nice Condition Up for sale is a Vietnam Era US Army 3rd Pattern Poplin OG-107 Tropical Combat Coat or Shirt. The shirt has the slant pockets, four pockets total. This shirt used, see photo's for Condition. All buttons are present. Size is Medium/Regular (chest up 37" to 41", height 67" to 71"). The pit to pit measurement is 21.5". The size tag is no longer present. The manufacturer tag with no discernible date, but an early 1960's contract number. No rips or tears on the shirt. One small hole on one of the sleeve gussets, see photo. Minor soil spots, see photos. The seam are all intact, no fraying along the cuffs or tail. Please see photos for details and condition. The 3rd major version of the Tropical Combat Coat was first produced in 1966 and had no gas flap, epaulets, waist tabs or pocket drain holes. It was the first jungle jacket to have a back yoke and was made in both OG-107 and ERDL camouflage.
