They have been taken apart & cleaned & greased & are ready to put on your bike- they look like new-as they are in great used condition. All parts are very nice- the mounting brackets do have a few scratches on them -but the foam rubbers are the newer style -thick padded -the chrome covers are very nice also. He always takes all the parts we buy apart & cleans & polishes everything & fixes it-so it's ready for use when we sell it.
