Description: On auction is a rare late 60's ladies Universal Geneve Polerouter ref. 825603/07 with a while dial. Running on an in-house automatic movement from Universal Geneve in caliber 1-25. The original crystal and strap were too worn, so they were both replaced by a brand new aftermarket crystal and strap. Original buckle is still available and is already installed on the new strap. Like on most vintage mechanical watches, i cannot guarantee an accurate timekeeping. Regulating the watch may be needed if accuracy is required. Since these are from the late 60's, a full service of the watch wouldn't be a bad idea. More information about the watch will be described below. Full stainless steel in a polished & brushed finished with a screw-in case back and a tension ring domed crystal. Dings, scuffs and small scratches there is, but pretty clean for the age of this model. Crown: Original screw-down stainless steel crown signed by Universal Geneve. All operational. Few small scuffs at the tip of the crown.Dial: Original White dial with polished stainless steel hands, sweep seconds hand and baton indexes in stainless steel. The dial is in very clean condition, with some slight aging of paint and very light patina.Crystal: Brand new low dome tension ring acrylic cystal.Strap: Brand new aftermarket calf leather strap in Brown. Original buckle from Universal Geneve is still available and is already installed on the new strap.Weight: 25g with the strap included.Movement: Original Swiss Made automatic movement in Cal. Universal 1-25 with 25 Jewels from Universal Geneve. Fully functional. No service records on this one.
