Description: Uber Rare Didget diabetes game new complete Nintendo DS one of the rarest games. This was extremely rare when it came out to children's hospitals and was for children with diabetes. Very few of these were ever made it's a real grail piece for a Nintendo DS completionist. I tried to take the best pics, it's all brand new including the sealed game as well. I can take additional photos if need be. These rarely pop up and if they do it's parts and pieces. Once this is gone it's gone and I highly doubt you will see one again anytime soon.
