Description: TWO PACKAGES: One package is new, unopened & the other is new, but opened (see photos: the green, purple, white have been taken out of their original individual plastic wrap) I threw batteries in the opened ones to test, and of course they glowed perfectly. The "opened" strings were never used. These are individual light strings, each with their own battery pack. Can be used in crafts, costumes, bedroom decorating, etc. My child has a disability & couldn't make use of them.
