Description: This retired redware pottery snowman plate was made by Turtlecreek Potters Morrow, Ohio. Signed "Earthly Goods", it measures 4 inches in diameter and weighs 3.2 oz. In nice condition, there are no chips or cracks. There is attractive uniform crazing on the lead glazed front. The back is unglazed and includes the caution that it is lead glazed and is not for food use. There is a bit of yellow residue on the back, but it is not tacky.
