CD comes in a thin cardboard sleeve with promo artwork which was supposed to be the original artwork. Card sleeve shows signs of wear to include some spotting on front, lower right corner smash with light marks throughout. This CD includes the song "New York City Cops" which was deleted after 9/11 and not included on the commercial release. CD is used with surface marking and scratching
