Description: Here is a hard-to-find old railroad lantern that recently came out of a UP retiree's estate. It was made by Adlake and the last patent date is 1922. It is marked UP on the top cap and UP is also etched onto the lantern glass. The glass also has a molded Adlake Kero and a C insignia on it. No chips or cracks on the glass. The frame has rust, dust and a ding on the cap. The handle and bottom ring are bent but can be straightened. The tank and burner look good. Careful packaging.
