Along with its beginnings, this narrative traces the 101st from training to combat in WWII. First-hand stories were also collected and appear throughout this book, along with over 200 vintage photos. VERY GOOD First Edition unstated paperback, gently read with pages and edges clean and unmarked, with the exception of 1/8" blemishes on the inside front cover top edge and the corresponding first page. Otherwise, excellent condition. Binding tight with spine not creased. Cover shows minor corner bumps with no edge wear and no tears. Negligible scuffing. Not a remainder. 8.25" x 10.5."
