Then when you roll your window up it locks it in place as shown in the picture above right so you can proudly display it on your vehicle. The top part of the holder has a slot cut into it so that when you tighten the nut it compresses the sleeve to firmly hold the flag in place. BUT WAIT - THERE'S MORE !
