Disc tray opens and closes well, and the console has been fully tested to read PS2 games, PS1 games, the blue backed and black backed discs as well. The clock battery is functional and still keeps time. (Please note that the Maximo and NFL Gameday 2000 games are not included, they were used to show the console will read blue and black backed discs as well). This is an exceptional game system.
